By placing your order with Wild Garden Flowers you agree to the following terms.

Our Flowers

Our flowers are garden grown and naturally seasonal. Each arrangement is unique and will be created from the flowers and foliage available at the time.

Images on our website are examples of our style rather than an exact representation of the flowers you will receive. Colors, varieties and individual flowers will change throughout the seasons.

When necessary we may make substitutions while maintaining the overall style and value of your order.

Orders and Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you as soon as possible and arrange an appropriate alternative or a refund.

Delivery

Delivery is available within our designated delivery areas with delivery calculated at checkout according to postcode.

Please ensure the recipients name, address and contact details are correct when placing your order.

If nobody is available when we arrive, we will leave the flowers in a safe and sheltered location where appropriate. If we cannot safely leave the flowers we will attempt to contact you or the recipient.

We cannot take responsibility for delays or unsuccessful delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied with the order.

Farm Collection

Farm collection from Tyabb is available by appointment. Collection details will be arranged with you after ordering.

Changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

As our flowers are freshly gathered and prepared for each order, changes or cancellations may not be possible after we have begun to prepare your flowers.

Problems with an order

If something isn’t right with your flowers, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Where possible, please include a photograph so we can understand what has happenned and find the best way to make things right.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies and rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
